HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase. This is an estimated delivery window. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders over $100.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Holy Godz does not issue refunds to the original payment method. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING?

Customers pay return shipping unless Holy Godz sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

WHAT CONDITION MUST RETURNED ITEMS BE IN?

Items must be unworn beyond trying them on, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Include your order number when contacting us.

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?

Use the size chart and fit information provided on each product page. Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a size.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details. Holy Godz will cover the cost of correcting the order.
