Shipping & Exchange Policy

Holy Godz is committed to delivering your order with quality packaging and care.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks, depending on the day of purchase and order volume. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Exchanges Only — No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you’d like a different size or item, we’re happy to exchange it within two weeks (14 days) of purchase, as long as:

• The item is brand new and unworn beyond trying it on

• All original tags are still attached

• The item is in its original packaging/condition

Items that don’t meet these conditions cannot be exchanged. To start an exchange, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right with a replacement.
