Return Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Holy Godz does not issue refunds to the original payment method. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

• The item must be unworn beyond trying it on.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Your order number must be provided when contacting us.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If Holy Godz sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, Holy Godz will cover the cost of correcting the order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details so we can make it right.
